Sales & Weather Policy

At Once Upon a Porch, we take great care in creating beautiful seasonal porch displays using fresh pumpkins and other natural décor. Because our displays are exposed to the elements, we ask that customers review the following policy before booking.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our services and the advance purchase of materials, all sales are final. Once your installation date is reserved, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Weather Disclaimer

Florida weather can be unpredictable. While we carefully install each display, Once Upon a Porch is not responsible for damage, movement, or deterioration caused by weather, including but not limited to:

• Heavy rain

• Wind

• Hurricanes or tropical storms

• Excessive heat or humidity

• Flooding

• Falling branches or debris

If severe weather is forecast before your scheduled installation, we may contact you to reschedule for the safety of our team and to protect your display.

Fresh Pumpkin Disclaimer

Fresh pumpkins are natural products, and their appearance and lifespan vary depending on weather conditions. Florida’s heat, humidity, direct sunlight, rain, insects, wildlife, and normal aging may cause pumpkins to soften, discolor, mold, crack, or deteriorate sooner than expected.

These natural changes are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.

Wildlife Notice

Squirrels, raccoons, birds, insects, and other wildlife may disturb or damage pumpkins and décor. Once Upon a Porch is not responsible for damage caused by animals.

Customer Responsibility

After installation, customers are responsible for the care and security of their display. We recommend placing displays in a shaded area whenever possible and avoiding unnecessary movement of the décor.

Optional Refresh Service

To keep your porch looking its best throughout the season, refresh visits and pumpkin replacements are available for an additional fee.
